Entrepreneurs United is run by Chad Tennent and Seth Scrimo. This page covers the free business baseline on this website. The community itself lives on Facebook, where Facebook's own privacy policy applies.
What we keep
When you run a baseline we keep your name, email, phone number, business name, city, website address, the Google listing you picked, and the results of the scan. We also keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your internet address so one person can't run hundreds of baselines.
Why we keep it
- To run your baseline and show you the results.
- To make sure each business gets one baseline.
- So your member profile can start from your baseline when member accounts open, and you can compare against it later.
- To send you community updates, only if you ticked that box.
What we never do
We don't sell your details. We don't add you to anyone's sales list, ours included, because you ran a baseline. Updates are separate and optional.
The free website preview
The website preview on our home page is an offer from Chad's studio, Scroll Theory Media, not from Entrepreneurs United. When you ask for one, what you type goes straight to Scroll Theory, who builds the preview, emails you the link and follows up about it. That request is handled under Scroll Theory's privacy policy, which covers its customer system and ad measurement. Running a baseline never sends you there; only the preview form does.
Your report link
Your report lives at its own web address. Anyone you share that link with can open it, so share it on purpose.
Services involved
The website runs on Cloudflare. The scan uses Google's PageSpeed and Places services, DataForSEO for Google Maps rankings, and Anthropic's AI to judge how the website reads and looks. They receive your website address and business listing to do that work.
Getting your data removed
Ask either of us in the Facebook group, or message Chad at chad@scrolltheory.media, and we'll delete your baseline and details.
